With most of our training courses you will get to practice on volunteers providing you with a first class training experience. We pride ourselves in the quality of our training and are constantly reviewing our course content and feedback. Some of the feedback then helps develop other specialist areas such as migraine control.
After every training session we analyse the feedback and then refine our delivery to the needs of the professions we train.
Who can attend our courses?
To avoid disappointment on the day we do need to confirm that all attendees are medically qualified to attend. You will be asked for proof of qualifications on the day of the course by one of Aesthetox Academy’s training staff. If you are unsure if your qualification would cover you to attend your chosen course please get in touch using our contact form here or give us a call on 0121 306 9884
Dermal Fillers also referred to as facial fillers assist in the increase of hydration, improve facial volume and help with skin quality. Dermal fillers are clinically approved for the treatment of the face, lips, neck, décolletage, hands and the feet.
One of the most popular non-permanent dermal fillers is Hyaluronic Acid based. Hyaluronic Acid naturally occurs in the body, and it helps to hold in water. The more Hyaluronic Acid the body has within its tissues, the more plump the skin looks.
Dermal fillers are different from Botulinum Toxin Cosmetic in that fillers are injected directly into wrinkles and lines, instantly adding volume.
When injected by an trained and experienced practitioner, using Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers, you can achieve a very natural looking result. Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers are the second
most popular aesthetic injectable treatment behind Botulinum Toxin.
Dermal Fillers help to reduce the signs of ageing and counteract volume loss to areas of the face and body. For example, the appearance of the cheeks will benefit from dermal fillers as the filler restores a fuller curve to the upper portion of the cheek softening the appearance of folds and lines lower down the face.
As people age, the Hyaluronic Acid in the body starts to decrease. Areas of your lips start to lose volume and appear much thinner. The use of dermal lip fillers enhances and can restore the shape and definition of the lips, giving them more of a natural and plumper appearance.
As we age, our skin looses some of its (HA), causing the appearance of wrinkles and folds. Dermal fillers are used to temporarily replace lost hyaluronic acid and restore skin volume.
As our skin gets thinner, the underlying structures in our hands become more obvious and people often complain that their hands have become veiny. These injectable products, fill fine lines and plump up wrinkles and folds to provide a smooth and natural look. Having prominent veins can make people very self conscious about their age. People’s age can often be given away by looking at their hands. Dermal fillers can hydrate dry skin and help make the hands look plumper and younger.
